At our Seven Hills branch, we're looking for someone with strong automotive experience or interest who can handle pressure, communicate directly with customers, and support the branch team in delivering top-notch service.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers – on the phone, behind the counter, or coordinating jobs.
  • Support the Branch Manager in keeping the workshop running smoothly.
  • Handle invoicing, job authorisations, and admin with accuracy.
  • Work as part of a tight-knit team to get vehicles in, fixed, and back on the road.
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians to ensure jobs progress smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Automotive background – experience in service advising, spare parts, or customer support in a workshop environment preferred.
  • Practical communicator – someone who can talk to tradies, fleet managers, and everyday drivers in plain terms.
  • Detail-driven – get the paperwork right the first time.
  • Reliable team player – dependable, organised, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Tech capable – confident on computers, with some social media awareness a bonus.

Hours:

Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
