**The opportunity**

Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Case Management Support Officer to join the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Branch (AAT) in assisting with

Labour Hire hourly rate contract spanning 12 months with the opportunity to extend. APS4 level role paying an hourly rate of $43.82 per hour + Superannuation, to be based out of our client's Richmond location.

**About the role**

The role will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in AAT matters, associated correspondence and organising assessments and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

**Responsibilities will include**
- Receiving and registering new AAT matters
- Actioning and directing correspondence
- Analysing and assessing AAT Applications received by the NDIA
- Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications received by the AAB within strict time frames
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority
- Organising assessments to support the decision making process for case managers

**About you**
- ** Australian citizenship is a requirement to be eligible for this position**:

- Prior Case Management experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
