This is not an operational recruitment role. Your purpose as the Group Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be to lead data driven initiatives with a focus on experience and ROI. Overall you will be responsible for embedding attraction and retention strategies across a complex organisation in order to identify and engage the best talent to meet the growing workforce needs of the organisation now and into the future.
- There are some exciting projects on the horizon that you will be involved in, these include embedding the Mercy Health Employee Value Proposition across the organisation and bring that to life in the attraction and selection process and employee daily experiences. In addition, you will develop impactful and innovative initiatives to supplement our own growth of internal capability and ongoing external pipeline of talent
**About you**:
- Ideally you will have experience leading with a data-driven approach that tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of programs across workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and retention.
- Love of data, analytics, KPI’s and all things numbers
- Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
- Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
