- There are some exciting projects on the horizon that you will be involved in, these include embedding the Mercy Health Employee Value Proposition across the organisation and bring that to life in the attraction and selection process and employee daily experiences. - Ideally you will have experience leading with a data-driven approach that tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of programs across workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and retention.
