Your new role:

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide high-level paediatric services across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will:

Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention in feeding, dysphagia, and communication for paediatric patients.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across wards and clinics.

Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical education initiatives.

Provide supervision and guidance to junior clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants.

About you:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate clinician who demonstrates:

Expertise in paediatric speech pathology, particularly in feeding/dysphagia and communication.

Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with families, carers, and healthcare teams.

Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, prioritise effectively, and support safe discharge planning.

Commitment to service improvement, supervision, and supporting the development of less experienced practitioners.
