Senior Physiotherapist

Your new role:

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled physiotherapists to join our Conservative Management Clinic (CMC) at Logan Hospital. You will play a vital role in delivering advanced musculoskeletal services and supporting a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. You will

Deliver high-level musculoskeletal physiotherapy services for complex outpatient presentations.

Lead and contribute to clinical service development, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.

Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to less experienced physiotherapists and pre-entry students.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.

About you:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated physiotherapist with strong leadership and clinical skills, who is passionate about advancing musculoskeletal care. You will bring:

Demonstrable expertise in managing complex musculoskeletal conditions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Experienceble in supervising, mentoring, and developing junior clinicians and students.

A proven ability to lead service improvements and drive positive patient outcomes.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.

Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
