About the Role
We're looking for a full-time IT Support Officer to join our team and help keep our technology running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support, working closely with staff across the organisation to resolve issues, maintain systems, and support day-to-day operations. You'll also contribute to IT projects and help manage our hardware and software assets.
Typical tasks include:
- Responding to IT support requests and troubleshooting technical issues
- Installing and maintaining hardware, software, and systems
- Supporting IT operations on match days and during key events
- Managing IT assets such as laptops, mobiles, and accessories
- Following IT processes and contributing to system improvements
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and being part of a collaborative team. Some weekend work and travel will be required during the AFL and AFLW season.
What your will bring
- We are seeking a candidate who brings:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Experience in an IT support or help desk role
- Confidence working with Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage time, stay calm under pressure, problem solve and follow processes
- Current or willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
