What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the front desk — greeting clients + supporting staff with a friendly, professional vibe
  • Managing calls like a pro (clarity, confidence, and a can-do attitude)
  • Setting up the boardroom so meetings run flawlessly
  • Keeping track of office supplies and jumping on stock takes
  • General housekeeping to keep the space looking sharp
  • Providing ad-hoc admin support across the business

Who You Are

  • Confident communicator with a warm, professional phone manner
  • Organised, proactive and happy to help wherever needed
  • Tech-savvy (you pick up new systems quickly)
  • Someone who takes pride in creating a positive experience for others
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, appointment scheduling, basic data entry, and phone system experience is highly regarded
  • Hunger to learn and expand your knowledge and skills is essential
  • Year 12 completion is the minimum education requirement
