About the role

You will be responsible for the operational management of the student-led clinic, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for students and a safe, professional experience for clients, supporting clinical education by managing clinic schedules, supervising administrative staff, compliance and accreditation requirements, and liaising with a range of stakeholders.

You will:

  • be responsible for the operational management of the student-led clinic, with a complex set of functions;
  • provide strategic support, advice and recommendations to influence the development and implementation of clinic practices;
  • develop, implement, maintain and evaluate policies and procedures to support the administrative functions of the Clinic; and
  • manage clinical processes and procedures.

About you

Reporting to the Deputy Dean you will have a demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain productive and sustainable working relationships with customers, staff, students and other stakeholders to achieve the position objectives.

You will possess:

  • experience in the management of a health clinic;
  • extensive knowledge of the Health regulations and standards, particularly those set by AHPRA;
  • experience to work independently, as well as part of a team; and
  • experience in effectively liaising with external stakeholders to achieve mutually successful outcomes.
