We're currently seeking a Practice Manager who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. This role is your opportunity to be part of a leading clinic in chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, and myotherapy in Australia.

Your Role:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional environment.

  • Create and manage staff rosters to optimise coverage and maintain high-quality patient care.

  • Lead, support, and motivate our reception and clinical support staff.

  • Manage and optimise clinic schedules, appointment systems, and patient flow.

  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, budgets, and clinic resources.

  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, ensuring the best possible patient experience.

  • Act as the key point of contact for patients, staff, and external providers.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility for varied hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
