At The Spinal Studio, we're more than a healthcare provider; we're a team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. We're currently seeking a Practice Manager who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. This role is your opportunity to be part of a leading clinic in chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, and myotherapy in Australia.
Your Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional environment.
Create and manage staff rosters to optimise coverage and maintain high-quality patient care.
Lead, support, and motivate our reception and clinical support staff.
Manage and optimise clinic schedules, appointment systems, and patient flow.
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Monitor and manage stock levels, budgets, and clinic resources.
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, ensuring the best possible patient experience.
Act as the key point of contact for patients, staff, and external providers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Practice Manager or senior administrative role, ideally in healthcare.
Experience managing multiple sites and staff rosters.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility for varied hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
