Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Strathfield, NSW. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and ensuring efficient operation of the medical office. Day-to-day tasks include greeting patients, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining patient records accurately.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Appointment Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle phone calls professionally
  • Proficient in performing Receptionist Duties such as greeting patients and managing inquiries
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and the ability to work in a Medical Office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the medical team
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in medical administration are beneficial
