**Qualifications, experience and skills**
- Attainment of, working towards or intention to commence a degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant area such as business administration, allied health, nursing or practice management
- Previous experience working as a medical receptionist or practice manager
- Proficient in the use of information technology
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- High level of efficiency
- Practically minded
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Maintaining a tidy, hygienic, safe and hospitable practice environment
- Responding to telephone and online enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensuring clients of the service have completed registration and consent forms
- Liaison with other services / agencies / clinicians on behalf of the clinical team
- Processing quotations and billing (e.g., NDIS, Work Cover)
- Online calendar management
- Events management (e.g., online courses / webinars)
- Supporting the clinical team by ensuring files are available when needed and stored appropriately at other times
- Paper and electronic file management including archiving
- Stocktake of office supplies
- Transcription of clinical notes
- Flexibility to work across our **Strathfield South** and **St Leonards** offices
