Description:

Innovative Splashbacks produce acrylic splashbacks for commercial projects.

Our goal is to grow the number of architects specifying our product.

To do this, we have identified over 200 architects specifying competing products. These include direct competitors as well as similar products where ours are potentially a better fit.

Your job will be to make contact with these architects by phone, speak to the most appropriate person and tell them about our product.

Then you will offer an expression of interest by email which you will send.

One week later you will contact them again and offer them a sample/information folder.

We are located in Moolap in Geelong, however this role does not require you to be here.

It would be useful for you to spend 1-2 days with us initially to get a feel for the product and to be trained to handle objections and answer common questions. However this is not mandatory if you live too far away.

Even though this role can be done remotely, you will need to be working exclusively for us 16.5 hours a week (generally 9am to 3pm) with a 30 minute lunch break, 3 days a week. However this is flexible.

We will send you a mobile phone to use. Nothing flash, but it'll be fine.

And all the records are kept in google sheets, and we'll show you how this works.

Please note this is a trial for us. We want to run this up until close to Christmas and assess the results to determine if and how we continue in 2026.

Skills required: Confident on the phone, sales experience, building (especially architecture) experience preferred but not essential.
