Core Culture is a luxury Pilates and wellness brand redefining the fitness industry through athletic Reformer Pilates, fascia work, and lymphatic health. Our clients are high-achieving, time-poor professionals who value premium service, real results, and beautiful experiences — and you'll be the one welcoming them in.

About the role

You will connect with warm leads generated by our campaigns, uncover their goals, and guide them into the right Core Culture offering. This is a relationship-based sales role. No cold calling, no scripts, and no sleazy tactics. Just authentic conversations, genuine connection, and confident conversion.

What you'll do

  • Follow up with warm leads via phone, text, and email
  • Understand each client's needs and recommend the right Core Culture offer
  • Manage leads and pipelines in our CRM
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets
  • Represent the Core Culture brand with professionalism and warmth in every interaction

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience and a strong close rate
  • Confident communicator with exceptional emotional intelligence
  • Passion for health, wellness, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work remotely
  • Comfortable working split or non-traditional hours, including weekends

The details

  • Base salary: $50,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time)
  • Uncapped commissions - realistically a 6-figure role very easily.
