Follow The Leader Café, a much-loved local spot in the heart of Ripponlea, is looking for a passionate and creative Cafe Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

About the role:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch service to a high standard
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal menu updates and daily specials
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
  • Support stock management and ordering
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a similar café or breakfast/brunch-style kitchen
  • A passion for modern café food and presentation
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Food Safety knowledge and relevant certifications
