Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Contract | 12 Months | Sydney or Melbourne

We're partnering with a leading financial-services client to find a skilled
Business Analyst (IAM)
to join a major security uplift program.

If you know your way around
role engineering, access governance, and IAM tools (1IM, AD, ISAM, Entra)
— and love bridging business and technology — this one's for you.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse and document IAM requirements and processes
  • Support role engineering, generic accounts, and access controls
  • Collaborate across tech, security, and governance teams
  • Use JIRA & Confluence to manage sprints and documentation

What we're looking for:

  • 5–10 yrs as a Business Analyst (financial or enterprise environment)
  • Deep IAM understanding and stakeholder management strength
  • Excellent documentation, comms, and problem-solving skills

Sydney or Melbourne | AU$600/day | 12-month contract
