Our client a design-led tech company is currently looking for a Mid-Level  Product Analyst/ Business Analyst to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be someone with deep curiosity and an analytical  mind who thinks in systems, finds the root of complexity, and can translate ambiguous business problems into simple solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Decode complexity: Work with customers to deeply understand their world and uncover what's really going on beneath the surface.
  • Design clarity: Turn that understanding into elegantly structured solutions that make complex processes simple.
  • Collaborate with thinkers and builders: Partner closely with engineering and the wider business to bring those solutions to life.
  • Ensure ideas are implemented thoughtfully

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 3-4 years as a Product Analyst/ Business Analyst ideally in a startup environment
  • Experience working on software projects
  • Ability to translate abstract thinking into clear, actionable ideas.
  • Ability to operate in a flat structure, so are looking for someone who is confident to make decisions, speak up, push things along and juggle a lot of balls.
  • Excellent Communication skills
