About the Role

  • Assist potential patients in exploring their treatment options and guide them through next steps to start their orthodontic journey with us.
  • Follow up with individuals who have sent enquiries about orthodontic treatment, supporting them to make informed decisions about treatments.
  • Track and report on engagement so we can continuously improve our services.
  • Work closely with our Orthodontist and support in patient consultations.
  • Use your excellent customer service skills to make patients feel welcome
  • Create quotes based on the Orthodontists' recommendations and discuss with patients.
  • Assist with tasks including photographing teeth, building patient files, and x-rays.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role, such as Retail Sales.
  • Self-motivated, you are a quick learner and eager to learn new skills.
  • Any previous experience in the dental or orthodontic industry would be a bonus
  • Proven track record engaging with customers and building positive relationships.
  • Fantastic communication skills, you are clear and confident.
  • You are upbeat, positive, and love engaging with a variety of customers
