About the Role
- Assist potential patients in exploring their treatment options and guide them through next steps to start their orthodontic journey with us.
- Follow up with individuals who have sent enquiries about orthodontic treatment, supporting them to make informed decisions about treatments.
- Track and report on engagement so we can continuously improve our services.
- Work closely with our Orthodontist and support in patient consultations.
- Use your excellent customer service skills to make patients feel welcome
- Create quotes based on the Orthodontists' recommendations and discuss with patients.
- Assist with tasks including photographing teeth, building patient files, and x-rays.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, such as Retail Sales.
- Self-motivated, you are a quick learner and eager to learn new skills.
- Any previous experience in the dental or orthodontic industry would be a bonus
- Proven track record engaging with customers and building positive relationships.
- Fantastic communication skills, you are clear and confident.
- You are upbeat, positive, and love engaging with a variety of customers
