Overview3-month initial contract (strong extension likelihood).
Rates: $50–$60/hr + flights, meals, accommodation.Roster: 14/7 (FIFO from Brisbane or Darwin, with flights, meals and accommodation provided).
What you'll doCoordinate ordering of parts for LV, HME and shutdown activitiesEnsure timely availability of critical spares and consumablesTrack and report on parts usage and costsCreate and manage notifications, work orders and purchase requisitions in SAPMaintain and update SAP Master Data (materials, vendors, BOMs)Support alignment of stock with maintenance plans and asset strategiesAssist with logistics and coordination during shutdownsCollaborate with Warehouse to reduce obsolete or slow-moving stockSupport critical spares reviews and BOM developmentProvide support to Water Treatment and Electrical teamsMaintain tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor role impactIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsWhat we're looking forStrong working knowledge of SAP (PM and MM modules)Experience with Master Data management (materials, BOMs, vendors)Understanding of maintenance planning and asset managementFamiliarity with LV and HME equipment and partsStrong organisational and communication skillsDesirable: shutdown/major maintenance experience, warehouse/inventory knowledge, Power BI or Excel reporting skillsMust have the right to work in AustraliaAbout UsMaintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with offices throughout Australia and internationally.
