Due to continuous growth, they have an opportunity for a Client Services Associate to join their highly successful and higher performing team in Melbourne who are on a growth trajectory.

Role Overview

The core purpose of the role will revolve around providing a strong level of service to current and prospective advisers with a focus on fund queries and functions will include but will not be limited to;

  • Utilising multiple communication channels to assist current and prospective advisers
  • Assist members with any changes to their account or investment platforms through policy or regulation
  • Deliver knowledge on a wide product suite to current and prospective clients
  • Ensure compliance of client instructions to multiple standards

Skills and Experience

  • RG146 qualified (preferred not essential)
  • Experience working withing a similar environment and dealing with advisers or members - funds management, banking or superannuation within a contact centre
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant undergraduate qualifications (Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, Business)
