The Associate role serves as a key point of contact for the Findex Specialist Risk Advisers. The role focuses on providing client support, building and maintaining positive relationships, and delivering high-quality administrative assistance and compliance advice. Additionally, the Associate helps create tailored insurance solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience and contributing to the overall success of the team.

What will a typical week look like?
Under the mentorship of our Senior Advisors, this role is designed to set an Associate on a pathway to becoming accomplished Adviser or Specialist Advisor. You will be the point of contact for many client queries and will be given the opportunity to take on more independence and autonomy with your own client base as you develop and grow in the role. An overview of your day-to-day responsibilities follows:
- Proactively communicate with clients and determine how Findex can best meet their needs
- Assist your Advisers/Partners in providing strategic financial planning and risk insurance advice including, estate planning, superannuation and risk insurance
- Prepare pre-appointment work and participate in client meetings with Advisers/Partners
- Ensure advice documents are compliant, in line with industry legislation, regulation, and Findex policies and procedures
- Coordinate production of Advice documentation and support to prepare SOAs

have the following:
- FASEA approved degree
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role in Financial Planning & Risk Insurance (Business Risk Insurance advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload
- The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
