The Role

As an Associate Adviser, you'll play a key role within the Advice Team - connecting clients, Advisers, Paraplanners, and Client Service professionals. You'll be the main point of contact for your client portfolio, helping to prepare financial strategies, implement advice, and ensure an exceptional client experience at every stage.

This role is perfect for someone looking for a role that offers a clear pathway towards your PY and becoming a fully qualified Adviser.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Prepare advice documentation and support the implementation of client strategies
  • Collaborate with Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Client Service Team to deliver quality outcomes
  • Assist with superannuation, investment, insurance, and retirement planning strategies
  • Participate in client meetings and manage pre- and post-meeting activities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of compliance requirements and internal processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and support team members in their development

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in a Paraplanning, Associate Adviser or Client Service role
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics and Financial Planning
  • Proficiency with Xplan and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A great attitude and desire to become an Adviser in the future
