Now we're looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join us

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting goals, time frames, people involved, and assignments, developing project plans.
  • Break projects into simpler tasks, act as the contact point for all project participants and coordinate the allocation of human and material resources.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve potential issues, track expenses and predict future costs.
  • Control the quality of the project and ensure that the project reaches the expected target within the specified time.
  • Prepare and provide documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Administrator (in construction field is preferred) .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
