About Our Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our team at our Stegbar Smithfield branch as a Sales Representative, working on a subcontracting basis. This role is to prospect customers in the Greater Sydney region to develop new business opportunities through business generated retail leads, builder leads and your own prospecting channels. You must be confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport, and you will be at ease in your consultative selling approach to develop and maintain customer relationships by offering hands on support from point of contact, sales and right through to after sales support. The role will predominantly be on the road as you engage with current and prospective customers, canvassing and closing new business opportunities within our Shower Screen and Wardrobe department.

Ideally, You'll Have

  • Strong sales background dealing with major house accounts and retail customers
  • Previous experience in the Wardrobes and Shower Screens or similar industry
  • Experience with CRM software
  • ABN and Public liability insurance
  • Personal Vehicle and Phone

About You
We're looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong service ethos who thrives in taking the lead in managing their own work schedule. This role is highly autonomous and you will have the ability to run your day as you see fit. This role would suit an already established business owner or someone looking to start their own business as a Sales Agent. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships will be a must along with your capability to negotiate, close deals, combined with your ability to proactively find and develop new business will be key to your success in this role.
