Our goal is to provide sustainable windows to our clients in the building industry at the highest standard._

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join the Smithfield team to grow and manage our existing accounts. Reporting to the State Sales Manager NSW, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about building open and transparent relationships and finding creativity in solving problems efficiently.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Grow and maintain existing accounts
- Deliver on sale budgets
- Managing customer complaints
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits to present products
- Coordinating sales efforts with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience selling products (building materials preferrable)
- Great customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team
- An easy to deal with and positive approach
- An open, honest and authentic manner in your dealings
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook

We have a great team environment where there is a hands-on approach to all that needs to be done. There will be full training and ongoing support provided by the team.
