**The Role**
Help your customer's industrial cranes and lifting equipment operations become safer and more productive, through the effective delivery of Konecranes and Demag Lifecycle Care approach to preventative maintenance.
Working within Konecranes and Demag Industrial Service division and reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for the Inside Sales quoting across Australia and New Zealand together with the inside sales team.
Your ability to flourish in a fast-paced technical sales environment, whilst not compromising on quality, will contribute greatly to your success as a Konecranes and Demag Inside Sales Professional.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Reviewing Service and Inspection Reports as well as maintenance data collated on site
- Using our extensive range of Konecranes and Demag Service Products, identify and deliver preventative maintenance solutions to assist our customers to minimise downtime, whilst improving their safety and productivity
- Draw up quotes and proposals that perfectly suit our customer needs, and submit them in a timely manner
- Effectively manage the sales process and your offer pipeline in accordance with Konecranes and Demag CRM procedures
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve quarterly targets
- Work together with and provide support to Service Sales
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
**Successful applicants will possess**:
- Ability to learn our products & services.
- Manage your pipeline and diligently record interactions with your customers
- Organizational and Customer service skills.
- Ability to work with computer programs: CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- An academic qualification or trade qualification - electrical or mechanical, shall be highly regarded
- Previous Internal or External Sales Experience shall be highly regarded
