As an Outbound Call Centre Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in selling and promoting our at home meal offerings to customers that have already shown interest This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to work from the comfort of their own home, or anywhere in the world with flexible hours and a great commission structure.

As a member of our sales team, you'll have the chance to connect with customers, share the joy of delicious and healthy food, and drive our sales to new heights.

We are looking for individuals with proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, a reliable home office setup, exceptional communication skills, and a can-do attitude. If you have previous outbound telesales experience and proficient computer skills, we would love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do:

Sell to potential customers via outbound calling of warm leads, presenting our at home meal subscription service.

Effectively communicate the benefits of our product, showcasing how it simplifies meals, saves costs and encourages nutritious eating.

Build rapport with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, whilst handling any objections and converting customers.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, address any questions or concerns, and provide a persuasive pitch to sell the benefits of our meal plans.

Assist our customers in following the prompts on their OWN device – no need to take any personal information.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, earning attractive commission bonuses.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is crucial.

A reliable home office setup, including a Laptop (8gb RAM), headset, internet access, and a quiet workspace. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT.

Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.

Sales-driven mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving targets.

A can-do attitude. Resilience is a must.

Previous outbound telesales experience.

Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems and other software tools, including walking customers through their own devices.
