The company services some of the world's largest companies, government departments and public libraries; delivering cost-effective and efficient information management for our clients.

The Position:

Our growing Library Services division is looking for an experienced Subscription Services Officer to join our established team in Melbourne. This casual position (minimum 2 days per week) plays an important role as demand for outsourced processing and our services continues to grow. Our office is based in Camberwell with onsite parking and convenient access to public transport. Please note: This position has the opportunity to transition to a part-time role in 2026, depending on business needs and performance.

The key experience and skills we are looking for:


• Hands-on experience in accessioning magazines and shelf-ready processing


• Experience in maintaining records in a Library Management System


• Efficient and accurate data checking and entry skills


• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams


• Detailed orientated, with a keen eye for problem solving


• Be punctual & available to work flexible hours

The core responsibilities of the role are:


• Receive incoming magazine subscriptions


• Allocate, enter data and accession magazines as per client specific requirements


• Process magazines (includes applying RFID tags and labels, etc.) as per client specific requirements


• Identify missing or damaged issues to report and resolve publisher claims


• Prepare deliveries for dispatch on time and to the correct locations


• Identify delivery issues and resolve with couriers


• Prepare records for internal and external reporting when required


• Actively contribute to projects and tasks as may be required from time to time to support our team (both in our main office in Melbourne and satellite office in Brisbane) and clients


• Escalate issues with Team Leader or relevant Account Manager
