The Mission You'll Be Part Of

  • Global Rebranding: You'll be on the tools, rolling out the completely refreshed identities for our four successful brands: Rain Harvesting, RH Connect, Blue Mountain Gutter Mesh, and BMCO Specialty Plumbing across the world.
  • Digital Commerce Launch: You will be a driving force in the launch of our new, cutting-edge headless Shopify platform, helping us connect with B2B and B2C audiences globally.
  • International Growth: Your campaign work will directly support our rapid global expansion into exciting markets like the USA, New Zealand, India, South Africa, Europe, and Mexico.
What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

This is a hands-on role focused on execution and delivery. You'll be the person who makes our marketing plans happen, managing campaigns and creating the content that fuels our growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Manage and execute marketing campaigns from the supplied brief through to launch, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Manage Content Creation: Manage the creation of compelling copy and create engaging assets for a huge variety of needs: product packaging, brochures, digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Brand Rollout: Be a brand champion, helping to roll out our new global branding by updating marketing collateral and ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Set up and run campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google, and help manage content on our new Shopify e-commerce site.
  • Coordination: Work closely with sales teams, designers, and other departments to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and on brief.
  • Embrace Technology: Actively use our AI tools and platforms like Canva and our CRM to efficiently produce high-quality work at scale.
About You

You're a proactive, organised, and creative marketer who gets a buzz from seeing a project through from start to finish.

  • 3-8+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing, communications, or campaign coordination role.
  • A fantastic portfolio that showcases your ability to write compelling copy and create effective marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Highly proficient with practical marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, CRMs, and email marketing platforms). Experience with Shopify is a huge plus.
  • An excellent collaborator with strong communication skills and an eagle eye for detail.
  • You're curious, eager to learn, and excited by the potential of AI in marketing.
