We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Manager – NDIS Supports to provide high-level leadership and oversight of the operational functions that enable efficient and effective service delivery. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations, this role is critical in ensuring compliance, optimising resources, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities
- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage intake, scheduling, plan support, and administrative teams to ensure seamless, responsive, and efficient service delivery.
- Strategic Oversight: Monitor service delivery trends, workforce utilisation, participant experience, and operational performance to inform planning and decision-making.
- Service Excellence:Drive improvements that minimise cancellations, reduce reliance on agency staff, and strengthen workforce engagement and utilisation.
- Compliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements, deliver accurate reporting, and uphold organisational policies and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain effective relationships with participants, families, NDIA, plan managers, and internal stakeholders to enable service continuity and positive outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify systemic improvements, implement innovative processes and systems, and foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and high performance.
About You
A proven leader with a track record of managing complex operational teams within the disability, community services, or human services sectors. You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in strategic and operational management, with strong knowledge of NDIS service delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower teams to achieve organisational objectives.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
- A commitment to quality, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Business Administration, or related fields, and experience with client management systems (e.g., Flow Logic).

Compliance Requirements: The successful applicant must hold (or be willing to obtain): a National Police Clearance (Disability Employment), Working with Children Check, valid WA Driver's Licence, medical clearance, and full working rights in Australia.
