About the role

True in Windsor are looking for an energetic Senior Medical Receptionist to join the team on a casual basis.

The role of Senior Medical Receptionist at True requires:


• Exceptional patient services/experiences to support our clinical team.


• Strong verbal and written communication


• Liaising with Clinicians to ensure the clinic's smooth operation


• Medicare Batching, Debtors, End of Day Banking


• Opening and Closing the Clinic


• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Selection Criteria

Experience in a comparable role doing the following tasks:

  • Administrative requirements

  • 2 years' experience using Best Practice and Hotdoc

  • Processing Medicare Payments, Batches, Receipts and Rejections

  • Word processing, documentation and publishing.

  • Ability to manage timely and cost-effective administrative support functions across the organisation

  • Demonstrated experience in providing client services
