About the Role

We are currently seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our dedicated and professional team. Part time or full time.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced property managers in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We're looking for someone with a strong sense of integrity, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Property Management department
  • Coordinate and follow up on property maintenance
  • Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism
  • General administrative and office duties as required
