Dillon Bowers Lawyers is a respected boutique law firm based in Townsville, specialising in Commercial and Property Law, Native Title, Wills and Estates, and Litigation. Our firm is known for providing high-quality legal services with a strong focus on client outcomes.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Commercial & Property Lawyer to join our dedicated team in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own client files and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Drafting and reviewing residential, off-the-plan, commercial property, and business contracts
  • Conducting due diligence and providing advice on results
  • Preparing legal correspondence, transfer documents, and settlement calculations
  • Liaising with clients, legal professionals, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
  • Attending electronic settlements using the PEXA platform
  • Assisting with commercial property transactions and leasing
  • Advising on complex estate planning and corporate structuring
  • Supporting Directors in managing their caseloads
