What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in managing a well-organised residential property portfolio, including:

  • Handling both in-office and out-of-office duties
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance with trusted trades
  • Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections with accurate reporting
  • Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
  • Leveraging industry-leading technology and systems to stay efficient and effective
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
  • Previous experience in Real Estate/Property Management
  • A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
  • A valid driver's licence
