About the Role

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Commercial and Property Lawyer to join our thriving team. This role involves working across a broad range of areas, including:

  • Commercial land and building sales and purchases.
  • Agribusiness.
  • Business structuring.
  • Deceased estates and succession planning.
  • Trusts, leasing, and partnerships.

Additionally, experience in commercial litigation will be highly advantageous, as the role will involve some litigious work. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your expertise and gain exposure to challenging and rewarding cases.


What We're Looking For

As the ideal candidate, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years PAE in commercial and property law, and some commercial litigation experience.
  • Possess exceptional written and spoken English skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in research and preparation of advices for internal or client use.
  • Show the ability to prioritise workloads, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, persuasiveness, problem-solving, teamwork, and tenacity.
  • Have excellent time management and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and colleagues.
  • Bring a positive approach, strong work ethic, and a passion for the law.
