**Rescue Ranger (relief) Strata Manager - Location FLEXIBLE**

Precise Property are looking for a full-time **STRATA RESCUE RANGER** to join our fabulous team.

- Resolution focused with the ability to follow through to completion

The role involves Monday to Friday work only - no weekends except in cases of emergency.

**Your day to day duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Relief work in a portfolio of buildings, or jumping in to help a manager
- Maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and stakeholders
- Managing compliance and adherence to By-Laws
- Chairing meetings
- Maintaining the portfolio
- Cross exposure to other managers portfolios
- Delivering “WOW” experiences

**Skill Requirements**:

- Current class 2 or class 1 Strata License with up-to-date CPD.
- Strata Management experience with knowledge of current strata legislation
- Exceptional communication skills
- Autonomous worker
- Service focussed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Obsessed with being organised and on top of your workload
- Likes to have a bit of fun and banter in the office
