Location: Arlo Pasta and Wine Bar, Portarlington Pier, Portarlington

Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week, Wednesday–Sunday, lunch and dinner service)

Availability: Must be available evenings, weekends, and peak season (January)

Arlo, a vibrant pasta and wine bar overlooking the stunning Portarlington Pier, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our floor team and create unforgettable guest experiences. With a strong focus on our exceptional drinks offering, a passion for wine and cocktails is essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily floor operations during lunch and dinner services (Wednesday–Sunday).
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure memorable dining experiences.
  • Oversee and inspire the team to maintain Arlo's high standards.
  • Leverage your knowledge of wine and cocktails to enhance our drinks-focused menu.
  • Ensure smooth operations during peak season, particularly in January.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a high-energy dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Passion for wine, cocktails, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak season (January).
  • Ability to thrive in a beachside, fast-paced setting.
