Australian Concreting Contractors (ACC) is a leading Perth-based concrete and formwork company delivering high-quality commercial and civil projects across WA. We're looking for an experienced Formwork Supervisor to join our team and take charge of day-to-day site operations.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for supervising formwork crews, coordinating site activities, maintaining safety standards, document control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec. You'll be leading from the front — motivating your crew, problem-solving on site, and keeping productivity high.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience supervising formwork or concrete crews on commercial or civil projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills – able to drive a team and get the best out of them
  • Solid understanding of formwork systems (H20, Peri, Doka, etc.) and safe work practices
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and set out work
  • Current driver's licence and relevant tickets advantageous.
