Monarch Contracting is expanding and we're on the lookout for skilled Carpenters to join our team on high-quality commercial projects across WA. Whether you're a formwork gun, experienced in commercial construction, or a solid all-rounder with a strong work ethic — we want to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For:

First preference:

  • Formwork Carpenters – wall shutters, decks, columns, suspended slabs

Second preference:

  • Commercial Carpenters – framing, fit-outs, cladding, fixings

Third preference:

  • Experienced General Carpenters – reliable, switched on, keen to work and keen to learn

Requirements:
  • White Card (required)
  • Carpentry experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Reliable, team-minded, and ready to get stuck in
  • Bonus if you have EWP, Working at Heights, or trade certs
