Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid (office and wfh) role for an Account Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day client relationships, managing and optimising campaigns, analysing performance data, and delivering insights to drive account growth. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure client goals are met, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Own a portfolio of clients as their main point of contact, delivering tailored training, support and proactive account management.
- Build a deep understanding of each client's business to create and present strategies that drive measurable results.
- Stay across industry trends and share insights that strengthen client programs.
- Recruit and manage new partners, coordinating migrations and opportunities with clients and the publisher team.
- Independently produce reports and documentation that showcase program performance.
- Take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating when needed.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, publishers and internal teams.
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in partnerships or digital marketing, ideally in a client-facing role.
- Strong relationship builder who thrives on collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent communicator with polished written and verbal skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident managing client needs and team priorities.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
