The Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive (AE) to join our expanding sales team and close deals.

With a large pipeline of inbound enquiries meaning our current Sales Team is overwhelmed, you'll need to get up to speed quickly

A minimum of two years of B2B Sales experience is required - serious bonus points given for consultative selling of B2B SaaS products, and use of the MEDDPICC framework

This role is 90% inbound lead focused, meaning you'll be speaking with prospects who are already interested in what we do. Your primary responsibilities will be to run product demos, follow up effectively, and close deals.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Engaging with inbound leads from various marketing channels and qualifying opportunities.
  • Delivering tailored product demos that showcase how WorkGuru can solve real business problems.
  • Managing your pipeline through timely follow-ups, nurturing relationships, and moving deals forward.
  • Closing deals consistently to meet and exceed quota expectations.
  • Collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth lead-to-client journey.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in a sales role, ideally in SaaS or tech solutions.
  • Strong ability to run compelling demos and handle follow-ups with confidence.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with inbound sales environments is a big plus.
