Are you ready to accelerate your career in SaaS sales? 

This role is designed for ambitious Account Executives and SDRs seeking to take the next step and advance their careers, with a clear path to transition into enterprise sales. 

You'll be selling an AI-native HR platform that helps businesses streamline everything from onboarding to people management, a product that's booming and trusted by a strong brand name in the market.

  • Your role is to find new opportunities and run full sales cycle meetings
  • Average deal is around $25K but you will have the opportunity to sell larger deals
  • The last person who made the Presidents Club sold $70K-$100K deals
  • You'll learn from exceptional leaders who have scaled SaaS sales teams globally
  • You'll receive world-class training, setting you up for progression opportunities as the company expands
  • You'll work in a hybrid environment. Three days in the office, two from home, with parking included

What You'll Do

  • Run online demos and close new SMB accounts
  • Build relationships with decision makers using a consultative approach
  • Win new logos with the backing of an established GTM strategy

What You'll Need

  • Experience as an SDR ready to step into closing, or as an AE winning new business
  • A consultative sales style with the ability to run online demos
  • Hunger to learn and grow in a scale-up environment, with humility and team spirit

Salary & Benefits

  • $95K base + Super | OTE $150K Uncapped
  • Car allowance + profit share
  • Hybrid (3 office days + 2 WFH) with parking provided
