About the Role:

As a Certificate III Educator or Diploma Qualified Educator you will play a vital role in supporting the development and wellbeing of children aged 0–6 years. Working closely with your team and under the guidance of a Room Leader you will help create engaging, play-based learning experiences that reflect the interests and needs of each child.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in delivering high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build respectful and responsive relationships with children and families
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere

About You:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (or willingness to learn)
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience required
  • Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO) for work-life balance
  • Above award wages to recognise your experience and contribution
