**About the Role**:
As a Certificate III Educator or Diploma Qualified Educator you will play a vital role in supporting the development and wellbeing of children aged 0-6 years. Working closely with your team and under the guidance of a Room Leader you will help create engaging, play-based learning experiences that reflect the interests and needs of each child.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in delivering high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build respectful and responsive relationships with children and families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere

**About You**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (or willingness to learn)
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience required
- Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO) for work-life balance
- Above award wages to recognise your experience and contribution

Pay: $26.21 - $35.00 per hour
