We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team and deliver engaging, play-based programs that support children's growth and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). This role offers competitive pay in recognition of your qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate play-based learning experiences guided by the EYLF.
  • Support children's holistic development — social, emotional, cognitive, and physical.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Observe, document, and share children's learning progress with families.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Follow centre policies and comply with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR.
  • Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and child wellbeing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
