We are committed to excellence, innovation and sustainable manufacturing practices. With continued growth, we now seek and experienced Production Manager (Manufacturing) to join our dynamic team in Horsham on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, direct and control manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Develop and implement production schedules and workflow plans
  • Oversee maintenance of equipment and ensure workplace safety compliance
  • Liaise with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams for seamless operations
  • Ensure production meets regulatory requirements, including environmental and industry standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead, train and mentor production staff to achieve performance objectives

Required skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor degree or higher qualification or at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills
  • Proficiency in analysing production data and performance metrics
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision making abilities
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale production teams and complex operations
  • Experience with quality control systems, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
