About the Role

Due to expansion and organic growth, Complete Food Services is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage production through strategic planning and scheduling.

This role reports to the General Manager, with direct reports including the Factory Manager, Install Manager, and Machine Manager, ensuring manufacturing optimisation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the strategies and day-to-day activities in production.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across all production lines.
  • Oversee production planning and costing for materials, machinery, and workforce.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Drive daily targets and outcomes, with a focus on safety.
  • Report regularly to the General Manager.
  • Ensure seamless delivery across manual and automated processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Contribute to commercial strategic planning and ongoing management.

About You

  • A relevant bachelor's degree, or at least 4 years' equivalent experience in the occupation. Additional experience will be highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience working with CRM and complex workflow systems.
  • Innovative, collaborative, and motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised and self-sufficient.
  • Natural leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Commercially astute, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
