About This Opportunity

To meet the rising demand for our products, we're seeking Casual employees to welcome into our Production team to help finish off our 2025 busy season (we have work available up until Christmas).

Production Operators are responsible for assisting our baked goods along the Production line, from cooked to packaged. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Operate production machinery
  • Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Conducting quality control checks
  • Regularly conduct weight and metal checks
  • Complete relevant production paperwork as required
  • Maintain a clean workstation, production area, and machinery
  • Adhere to company Food Safety & Quality Policies and procedures

Shift Times

Ideally, our candidates will be available Monday-Friday, available shift times are listed below.

  • Morning Shift: 6am/7am - 2pm/3pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 2pm/3pm - 10pm/11pm

About You

  • No experience required
  • Able to work in a role that requires standing for long periods of time
  • Confident, well-spoken, and able to work in a team
  • Adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Access to transport (no public transport available)
