We're looking for a hands-on and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and drive excellence in operations, safety, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse—ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of HVAC products. You'll play a critical leadership role, supporting your team to meet targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch scheduling.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure a productive and safe environment.
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft D365 or similar ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and company procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate logistics with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain warehouse security and effective use of storage space.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy across Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Forklift licence and valid driver's licence are essential.
  • Knowledge of HVAC or industrial wholesale products is a bonus.
