Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administration role based in Slacks Creek, QLD. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and supporting operational processes. Responsibilities also include liaising with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations. The administrator will need to handle communications efficiently, oversee documentation management, and provide general office support as required.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, data entry, and record management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare administration or knowledge of healthcare operations is advantageous
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
