Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Slacks Creek, QLD. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with Aluminium/Glass fabricators, Builders & Architects, addressing client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. Effective communication and account management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
  • Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Relevant sales or account experience from the automatic door/ Hardware / aluminium/ Glass industries is a plus
